长期致力于疾病动物模型的构建及其在生物医药中的应用,利用CRISPR/Cas9 基因编辑技术,已成功构建20余种疾病模型兔,10余种疾病模型猪。以通讯作者或第一作者,在Nature Communication, Genome Biology, Hum Mol GenetCell Mol Life SciDisease Models & MechanismsAging and Disease等领域内杂志发表相关SCI论文30余篇
